A juicy Steak with fresh vegetables

easy recipe for your barbecue dinner


Ingredients

2 rump steaks, 250kg each

2 pak choi, spinach or other green vegetables

8 tbsp soy sauce

½ clove garlic, finely chopped

1 pc ginger, chopped

1 chili pepper, chopped

1 lime juice

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tomatoes, etc. as decoration

salt, pepper

Preparation

1. Fry the steak in a hot pan or on the grill until medium.

2. Let it rest on a plate for 2 minutes

3. Cook the green vegetables in boiling salted water

4. Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili, lime juice, tomatoes and olive oil in a saucepan.

5. Put the steaks in the soy sauce while they are still hot and marinate them briefly.

6. Arrange the cooked vegetables on a plate, cut the steaks and arrange them on the vegetables.

7. Drizzle with soy marinade and serve.
